Woman Charged with Drugs While at the Detention Center

Krystel Wallace 38-years-olds of Forrest City was arrested at the SFC Detention Center while she was using kiosk phone system to communicate with an inmate.  Wallace currently had a Failure to Appear warrant that was issued out of SFC Circuit Court, and she was taken into custody without incident.  Once Wallace was inside the booking area a search of her bags revealed a small amount of methamphetamine.  Wallace was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony and Furnishing Prohibited Articles, a Class C Felony.  Wallace appeared before Judge Mike Smith Monday and her bond was set at $25,000.
