Woman Arrested for Having Sex With Minor

Stephanie Daniels 46-years-old of Brinkley, Arkansas was arrested yesterday and charged with Rape, a Class Y Felony, Incest a Class C Felony and Sexual Grooming a Child a Class D Felony.  Investigators opened a case investigation after receiving information where Daniels had been sending sexual related text messages and photographs to a minor male. During the course of the investigation investigators were able to confirm the sexual related messages and nude photographs that Daniels sent to the victim through a cell phone.  The victim was interviewed by the Crimes Against Children Forensic Interviewer and admitted to having sexual contact between he and Ms. Daniels while they were staying in Palestine, Arkansas. Once Daniels was in custody she was interviewed and admitted to having sexual contact with the minor male.  Daniels is scheduled to appear today in St. Francis District Court where a bond will be set in her case.
