Third Person Arrested in the Strope Homicide

The St. Francis County Sheriff Department Criminal Investigation Division is pleased to announce that they have made another arrest in the Troy Strope Homicide.  Willie Calvin Smith 49-years-old of Forrest City is the third person arrested in the Strope Homicide case.  Smith was taken into custody without incident, and he is charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class D Felony and Possession of a Firearm by a Certain Person, a Class B Felony.  Smith bond was set at $150,000 dollars and he is scheduled to be arraigned today.
