The Sheriff's Department Destroys Guns

On Wednesday, the St. Francis County Criminal Investigation Division destroyed sixty-five long guns and handguns.  Those guns destroyed were seized firearms that were involved in criminal cases here in St. Francis County.  Once those cases had been disposed of, the Sheriff Department obtained a Gun Destruction Order to have the guns destroyed.  The Sheriff Department would like to thank the St. Francis County Shop and their employees and especially Kevin Alford and Shane Gracey for their help.  In the photo Kevin Alford uses a cutting torch on one of the many guns.
