Second Suspect Identified in the Recent Shooting

Investigators have identified the second person involved in the shooting that occurred on Monday evening at the Alcott Apartments across from the Palestine Elementary School.  Jerome Terrill Matthews Jr. 19-year-old of Forrest City has been identified and arrest warrants have been issued for his arrest.  If you know where Jerome Matthews Jr. or Deonta Brown are, your asked to contact the Sheriff Department at 633-2611.
