St. Francis County Deputies Eugene Watlington and Heath Reynolds confiscated 22.8 pounds of marijuana that was concealed in a punching bag and  $2,469 in cash during a Friday morning stop on Interstate 40. Deputies arrested Charles Hatley, 25, and Gregory Hatley 26, both of Kaufman, Texas on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both men are free on $25,000 bonds.
