Person Out on Bond for Drugs & Firearm Charges Faces New Drug Charges

On February 29, 2024, the St. Francis County Sheriff Department executed a search warrant at 219 Buford St. in Forrest City, Arkansas.  Investigators recovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.  Micah Lacy 45-years-old was arrested without incident.  He is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Felony.  Lacy is no stranger to authorities he was arrested last year on felony drug and firearm charges; those charges are still pending in Circuit Court.  Lacy is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow for his arraignment where a bond will be set.
