Steven Matthews, age 39 and Richard Kemp age 39, of Palestine were arrest Thursday, September 16, 2010.

Steven Matthews was charged with Manufacturing Meth, Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture. Bond was set at $50,000.

Richard Kemp was  charged with Manufacturing Meth, Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture. Bond was set at $50,000.
