Man Flees from Deputy on a 4-Wheeler
Jason E. Paulman, 50-years-old of Forrest City was arrested and taken into custody after fleeing from deputies on a 4-wheeler on Highway-70 in Madison, Ar. A deputy noticed Paulman who appeared to be working on a 4-wheeler just outside of Madison on Highway-70. The deputy was aware of the increase of reported stolen ATV's and as the deputy went to speak with him, Paulman took off on the 4-wheeler going into a nearby field and into the woods. Additional deputies arrived and quickly set up a perimeter and the Arkansas Game & Fish were contacted. Paulman was quickly located with the help of the Arkansas Game & Fish drone, and he was taken into custody without incident. The Sheriff Department would like to thank the Arkansas Game & Fish for assistance and added that Paulman would have most likely evaded capture without the help of the Arkansas Game & Fish. Paulman currently has outstanding FTA warrants out of the county and the city. The 4-wheeler he was on was an Artic Cat and investigators are working to locate the owner. Along with the warrants Paulman is charged with fleeing.
