Man Caught Trespassing Faces Drug and Firearm Charges
On Sunday, March 2, 2024, deputies responded to the area off Highway 70 west located in the Beck Spur area for a male wearing an orange vest and blue jeans trespassing. Deputies arrived made contact with the individual identified as 29-year-old Levi Gore, of Forrest City, who was found to have two handguns stuck down the front of his pants. Deputies also located a plastic bag containing a substance that field tested positive for Methamphetamine along with a glass pipe used to ingest the narcotic. Gore was arrested without incident and booked into the county jail. Gore is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance a Class C Felony, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, a Class Y Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor and Criminal Trespass also a Class A Misdemeanor. Gore appeared before the judge yesterday and his bond was set at $75,000 dollars.
