Deputies Seize Drugs During Search Warrant

On Thursday May 16, 2024, SFC Deputies executed a search warrant at 219 Buford St. in Forrest City, AR. The homeowner Micah Lacey 45-years-old was taken into custody without incident and faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine a Class C Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class D Felony. Back in February authorities executed a search warrant at the same residence where Lacey resided, and deputies recovered Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia from that search warrant as well.  Lacey is scheduled to be arraigned today in SFC District Court where a bond will be set.
