On April 5, 2024, deputies arrested Keith Nobles 38-years-old, Caitlin Yarbrough 29 years-old and Clifton Lamont Jenkins Jr. 30 years-old, all of Forrest City for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Near Certain Facilities that being a City Park which is an enhancement.  Deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant at 327 Laughrun Drive on Clifton Lamont Jenkins Sr. who was wanted on a Bench Warrant out of St. Francis County Circuit.  Both Yarbrough and Nobles were parked in the driveway at the residence. It was determined that Yarbrough had a warrant out of Cross County and was currently on Parole and Nobles also had a warrant out of Forrest City.  A search of the vehicle revealed just over ten grams of fentanyl, along with several used syringes and methamphetamine pipes. Jenkins Sr. was also taken into custody all without incident. Nobles, Yarbrough and Jenkins Jr. is scheduled to appear in SFC District Court Monday where a bond will be set. Jenkins Sr. will remain in jail until his Circuit Court date.
