On March 21, 2024, Brett Lukas, 50-years-old of Little Rock, AR. was arrested on outstanding felony warrants for Commercial Burglary and Theft of Property charges.  Back in October 2020 and in January 2021, a male identified as Lukas was captured on surveillance cameras driving up to the campus in a white Toyota car and then entering several of the classrooms with a backpack and reportedly stole several tuition books valued at over $1,900 dollars.  At the time Lukas was not a student or employee and was not authorized to enter any of the classrooms or to take any property belonging to the college. Lukas has since bonded out of jail on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, April 1, 2024.
